When, where, and how much?

Play style

The tournament will be a two man shamble. Meaning, each team will take the best shot off the tee for all holes other than par 3’s and following their drive, each player will play their own ball into the hole.

Prize purse

We expect for 16 participants to join us for our event. From the $50 sign up fee, $10 is allocated towards the prize pool for a total estimated prize pool of $160. 

Here’s how the pool will be split amongst prizes:

  • 1st place
    • (2) trophy cups, $20 value
    • $40 prize purse
  • 2nd place 
    • $34 prize purse
  • 3rd place 
    • $30 prize purse
  • Closest to the pin
    • Hole #8: $18
    • Hole #14: $18

Detailed rules and regulations

  • General
    • Team of two, randomly generated from the field of players.
    • Players are to take the best drive off the tee, and play their own ball into the hole.
    • Players are to play their own ball on par 3’s.
    • (2) shots of the 1st and 10th tee.
    • 1 mulligan each 9.
    • Mulligans may not be used while putting. 
    • Players must put everything out, no gimmies.
    • Lift, rake, and place in bunkers.
    • At any time, players may move their ball (2) full club lengths in any direction except towards the green.
    • Players may not use the (2) club length allowance to remove their ball from hazards and bunkers. 
    • There is no out of bounds. If you can find it, play it!
  • Handicapping
    • At sign up, players will submit their average score per round. This information will be used to determine handicapping for each team. Team’s will be allotted additional mulligans, in a use it or lose it fashion, per nine to account for skill differentials. The additional mulligans can be used by either player at their team’s discretion.
